Property Tax Exemption
NY State
New York's Real Property Tax Law §487 exempts solar installations from increased property tax assessments for 15 years. Your home's value can go up, but your property tax bill won't. Most NY municipalities apply this automatically, and our team confirms your eligibility before installation
New Jersey SuSI Program
New Jersey’s Successor Solar Incentive (SuSI) Program supports eligible residential projects through the Administratively Determined Incentive program. Registered systems earn one SREC-II for each megawatt-hour of solar electricity produced, subject to current NJBPU rules and program availability.
